Hello my beautiful followers!
Today is time for the No.2 thing I wish I had known at
18.
Girls let’s face it; we all
have that high school, college love that we’ll never get over. And even
sometimes we say that if we had the opportunity to do it all over again we would
do it different, we wouldn’t let that boy break our precious heart. But you know;
now I feel that those things are meant to happen. The time that we spent
together with our loved one should be guarded as a beautiful memory, because
while it lasted, it was perfect and exactly what we wanted. We need to always
remember the kisses, the roses just for no reason, the smiles, the tears of
joy, because at that moment we were as happiest as we could be.
Right now you
might be thinking about what he did to break your heart after you gave your all,
and trust me, I understand. But it is time to move forward, and take it as a
lesson. Maybe thanks to your heartbreak now you are stronger, less naïve and you can understand that your happiness can
never depend on someone else because when they leave you’ll end up with
nothing. Maybe that heartbreak taught you to stand up for yourself, to never
settle for less than you deserve, that it is fine to cry and understand that
when one thing ends greater things are coming ahead.
So yes, thank that boy who broke your heart because he made
you stronger than ever. You took that heartbreak as a lesson and that is what
you should do with all the struggles that you have or will have in your life.
Take them as a lesson and as an opportunity to grow.
I write this with my heart
because I understand you. I hope this helped you because it sure helped me get
it out of my chest.
