Have you ever heard the word parfait? Well if not, it is a french word
meaning "perfect" and trust me, this delicious recipe sticks to its
meaning, literally. Beyond flavor is the factor easy, simple and super
healthy. It can’t get better than that.
As I said this is super easy and very versatile because you can
put anything you want in it.
First we want to start by taking our Mason jar, bowl or cup and
add the granola, then the organic yogurt, which can be in the flavor of your
preference. After that, we will add the bananas, strawberries, and blueberries.
Repeat this step until you have two layers. When you are doing the second
layer, it is time to add your chia seeds and the flax seed. This are super
foods and don’t have flavor so don’t worry. After that you will add again a
little bit more of your granola and fruits, honey or agave nectar if you desire
and the dark chocolate chunks.

It doesn’t take more than 6 minutes and trust me it’s delicious
